Elspeth's natural flare for beauty, proportions and design stems from her passion to paint and draw. A talent inherited from her mother, Christie's Contemporary Artist, Helen Eltis as well as the lessons taught to her by her father, Director of leading UK Art Consultancy "Art Contact", Nelson Cornish.
Her watercolour paintings have been seen in publications including "House & Garden", "British Vogue" & "World of Interiors" and previous collaborations include with the British Ambassadors of Sweden and Stockholm Loves Pollinators.
Only painting from still life, Elspeth Rose sits for days capturing her subject with attention to the lines that form it and the light/shadow. Considering herself a contemporary watercolour impressionist, it is the soul and impression what she seeks to grasp with her pencil and brushes.
